The short version: all sales are final, we describe every piece honestly enough that you won't need a return, and if we ever get something wrong, we fix it at our cost.

Why we don't do returns

Everything we sell is second hand and one of a kind. When you buy a piece, it comes off the site and the fifty other people watching it move on. If it came back two weeks later, its moment would be gone and we would be reselling a garment that has now been worn by one more person than we described. That math doesn't work for a shop like this, so we would rather put the effort in before you buy than sort out disappointment after.

This is normal for vintage. Nearly every dealer we know works the same way. What matters is what we do to make final sale feel safe, so here it is.

How we help you buy right the first time

Every garment is washed, inspected and photographed in natural light before it goes up. We grade condition honestly and describe every flaw we find, including the small stuff like faint marks and loose threads. We list flat measurements because vintage tags lie, and our size guide explains how to compare them to something you own.

Still not sure? Ask us anything before you buy. We will send extra photos, measure a specific spot, or tell you straight if we think a piece won't fit the way you want. No question is too picky. We would much rather answer five emails than ship a shirt to someone who ends up not loving it.

If we got it wrong

Final sale covers a change of heart, not our mistakes. If an item arrives meaningfully different from how we described it, or we shipped you the wrong thing entirely, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will refund you in full, including shipping both ways, or find another way to make it right if you would rather keep the piece.

Damaged in transit

If a package arrives damaged, hold onto the box and packaging, take photos, and contact us within 7 days. We deal with the carrier claim ourselves so you don't have to sit on hold with USPS.

Changed your mind fast?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can still cancel it. Email us as soon as possible and if the label hasn't been printed, we will cancel and refund in full, no questions asked. Once it ships, final sale applies.

Authenticity guarantee

Every item is guaranteed original vintage production. If a piece is ever shown to be a reproduction, we refund it in full including shipping. There is no time limit on this one, ever.
